D&I Governance
The Diversity & Inclusion Committee meets monthly to plan, monitor, and improve initiatives, defining goals, indicators, and awareness and training actions. The priority fronts are organized into four pillars:
People with disabilities
We promote the inclusion of people with disabilities, ensuring accessibility, development opportunities, and the necessary support so that each person can realize their potential, under conditions of equality.
Gender equity
We seek equal opportunities between women and men in all areas and levels, encouraging female leadership, combating biases, and creating an environment that values the contribution of all genders.
Inclusive environment
We cultivate an environment where everyone feels safe and respected, regardless of personal, cultural, or social characteristics. We value diversity and promote psychological safety, active listening, and inclusive language.
Generational diversity
We encourage the exchange of experiences and cooperation between different age groups, strengthening mutual learning and the plurality of perspectives for building results.
In the GPTW survey, within the “impartiality” dimension, we achieved the following rates:
