Throughout the development journey, trainees will be immersed in strategic activities that strengthen technical, behavioral, and leadership competencies, including:

  • Job Rotation, experiencing different industry areas and processes;
  • Development tracks for technical, leadership, and soft skills, aligned with the company's strategic competencies;
  • Mentoring with executives and specialists, promoting professional and cultural growth;
  • Working in squads and strategic projects, focusing on results and innovation;
  • Structured training in job description and career responsibilities, preparing the participant for future leadership positions or technical specialization.

Requirements to participate

Graduates from Dec/2022 to Dec/2025

Fluent English

Experience: internship, academic projects, scientific initiation, or industrial experience.

Graduates in: Textile Engineering, Production Engineering, Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Bachelor's in Chemistry, or Fashion Design.

Competencies: Continuous learning, self-responsibility, collaboration, critical thinking, innovation, adaptability, and decision-making capacity.

Who can apply for the Texneo Trainee Program?

Professionals who graduated between December 2022 and December 2025 in Textile Engineering, Production Engineering, Quality Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Bachelor's in Chemistry, Fashion Design, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, with fluent English and an affinity for the industrial environment, can apply.

I don't have a university degree, can I participate?

No. The Trainee Program is aimed exclusively at professionals with a completed university degree in the announced fields. For other opportunities, follow the open positions on Texneo's Work with Us page.

How do I apply?

Applications are made online, via the form available on this page during the period stated in the schedule. Simply fill in your details, attach your updated resume, and finalize the submission to participate in the selection process.

Are there remote positions?

No. The Texneo Trainee Program is in-person, as experiencing the industry, leadership guidance, and participation in projects in production areas are part of the development proposal.

How long does the selection process take?

The selection process takes place between February 2nd and February 20th, 2026, and may involve stages such as resume screening, tests, group dynamics, and interviews.

How will I be informed about the next steps?

Communications are sent via email and, when necessary, by phone. Therefore, it is important to keep your contact details updated in the form and frequently check your inbox and spam folder.

Are the selection process stages in-person?

Some stages may be online and others in-person, according to the schedule defined for the Trainee Program. All instructions regarding location, time, and format will be sent in advance to the invited candidates.
