Texneo
Our journey with ESG
Social, environmental, and governance responsibility is part of Texneo's identity. Our ESG Journey organizes priorities through the People, Processes, and Products pillars, connects our main fronts of action to the 2030 Agenda (SDGs), and guides decisions with transparency, goals, and continuous improvement to build a consolidated work.
Our mission and governance
We are a textile industry that integrates innovation, quality, and sustainability as a business strategy. The ESG agenda is driven by a governance model with committees and area heads, monitoring cadence, key indicators, and annual accountability in the Sustainability Report.
What we guarantee: transparency, integrity, and compliance with applicable standards, in addition to active stakeholder listening. How we define priorities
We listen to our key audiences (collaborators, customers, suppliers, community, and regulatory bodies), analyze business risks and opportunities, and evaluate textile sector trends.
With this information, we compare the impact on society and the territory with the relevance to Texneo's strategy. What appears as the highest priority guides plans, goals, and indicators in People, Processes, and Products.
